The temple was inaugurated on Friday, May 4, 2018, under the supervision of Shriman Sree Rejeti Ramacharyulu. The statues were crafted by sculptor Muthaiah Sthapati and team, and Sree Bandaru V.V.S.S.S Ganesh Kumar acted as the vastu consultant and architectural engineer for the endeavor.
